David Doerfler uses Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer for Race car, Boat, Trucks

Hi,

> Big Mike at the local Napa store introduced me to Lucas Oil Stabilizer a couple of months ago and since then I have purchased many of your products for my race truck, personal truck, boat, and wife's car. I ave experimented with most of the different additives on the market over the years but have never been impressed until now. My wife's car a 95 Ford Contour with 120,000 miles runs good but has a death rattle when you initially start it. I changed the oil and added one quart of Lucas Oil Stabilizer, the death rattle is gone and the motor runs smoother than it has in years.

> I drive a 2000 Silverado pickup with 35,000 miles on it, and check the gas mileage each time I fill up. I always get 14 to 14.5 miles per gallon. I added Lucas Fuel Treatment & Injector Cleaner and got 16.9 mpg on the first tank and then added it to the next tank and got 17 mpg. I did not add any to the 3rd tank and my mileage dropped down to 14.6 mpg. Even after purchasing the Fuel Additive I actually save over $3.00 each time I fill up.

> There is nothing wrong with the power steering in my pickup but I added 8 oz. of Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak just to see what it would do. I started the truck and backed out of the driveway and immediately noticed that the steering was smoother and easier to turn. My next test will be on the Ford Contour's transmission using Lucas Transmission Fix, it slips a little when it shifts. Future test will be on the chain saw using Lucas Chain Lubricant and Semi-Synthetic 2-Cycle High Temp Racing Oil. I do have a couple of questions that I hope you will answer.

* On your product specification sheet for the Lucas Fuel Treatment it states that the 5.25 oz. bottle treats approximately 20 gallons (I think it states 25 gallons on the bottle). Also the same sheet states that the 32 oz. bottle treats 100 gallons. So using these numbers 1 oz. treats somewhere between 4.76 gallons and 3.1 gallons. What is the optimum ratio to mix this at?

* My race truck has a posi-track rear end, if I add Lucas Oil Stabilizer to it will it hurt it? Which fluid would you suggest for the rear end? I run a turbo 350 automatic in it should I add Lucas Transmission Fix and if so how much? >

Thank You for making such great products, I tell all my friends and family to use your products. If you have any more literature than what I have found on your website please send it to me, I would be very interested in reading it. > > >

Bob Ross uses Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer for Super Comp Dragster

I contacted you a couple of months ago to get some info on the different Lucas Products. I appreciate your help.

I run a super comp dragster with a 406 S.B. Chevy. In the past I have been using exclusively, Mobil 1 15W50 with no additives. At the beginning of this racing season, I have been mixing 1.5 quarts of Oil Stabilizer with 8 quarts of Mobil 1 and have noticed a dramatic difference in engine wear. Although I do not have a chemical oil analysis or spectro analysis to go by, I have noticed a big difference in the visual condition of the oil since using Lucas. In the past, I would change oil every 10 passes. My most recent oil change was after 15 passes and in my opinion could go another 10 passes. Engine wear is dramatically reduced and the condition of the oil significantly improved. I am now using Lucas Oil Stabilizer in all my engines and differentials in my motor home, truck, generators, motorcycle and classic '70 Chevelle. My Lucas Oil Stabilizer bill was more that my groceries last month. Thanks for developing such a fine product.

Regards,

Bob Ross

Bill Florence uses Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer for 96 Kenworth

Hi

Just a quick note to tell you how much I like a couple of your products. I have never been one that believed in these tuneup in a can products but after trying a couple of your products I was quite impressed. I have an old 96 kenworth with over 1000000 miles on it and noticed that the power steering pump was making a whinning noise and had a couple of hard spots where it would lock up for a moment. I was 3 days from home so decided to add a jug of Lucas power steering treatment and kept my fingers crossed that I could get home before the pump packed up entirely. The noise disappeared and now steers easier than it did when new! That was 6 weeks ago and still is working great. I then decided to try Lucas oil stabilizer in the engine and was equally impressed with how it seemed to smooth out and quiet down the engine. I am sure it is getting close to rebuild time but hopefully now I can go a bit longer before having that cost. Thanks!

Yours Truly

Bill Florence

Tim Conley uses Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer for Class 8 truck with a Detroit Series 60 engine

Hello...

I am a faithful Lucas Oil customer and have been for several years. I own a Class 8 truck with a Detroit Series 60 engine. My oil samples come back with comments about how well the oil has withstood the miles on that sample.

My wear levels are all below normal for the miles that I have on the engine and I feel that using Lucas Oil has kept me from having problems that others have had.

Thanks for your time,

Joey Sexton uses Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer for Commercial Trucks

To Whom This May Concern,

I am writing in reference to your engine oil additive, at work we use your additive in our bucket trucks, dozers and other heavy equipment without incident. I decided to take some home and try it in my racecar. My engine oil is changed regularly after three races. Lucas oil additive was added and my oil pressure increased 5 pounds. I use Pennzoil 25-50 and run methanol. Everyone well knows that condensation builds up in the oil pan with alcohol especially in cold weather. Last season after adding Lucas oil additive to the engine, we tore the front bumper off and it went under the car and burst the oil pan. During that time, I was trying to get my drivers attention, he had made three laps with the oil pouring out. Needless to say, by the time it was shut down I was expecting some serious bearing damage. After getting the car to the shop and pulling the pan to check rods and mains, expecting the worst, there was no damage. Boy was I tickled LOL!!!!!!! Since that time, I have always added your product. We have raced 48 races this year in the U.M.P. modified series and used the same engine every race and have not torn it down for nothing. The engine still has 55 to 60 pounds at idle and 50 after the race is complete. Our engine is currently at the shop to be freshened for next season, cannot wait to see what bearings look like after 2,000 laps of racing on dirt.

Thank You,

Gary McCulloch uses Lucas Heavy Duty Oil Stabilizer for 94 IHC. 425 C CAT

Hello Mr. Lucas,

I am an owner operator of a 94 IHC. 425 C CAT. I use your products in diffs transmission and engine all the time. I would just like to congratulate you on one of the best products I have ever used. I am also a licensed heavy-duty diesel mechanic so I have tried them all looking for one that does what they say. Yours is that product. I have made a believer out of my boss and he now uses your Oil Stabilizer in his 11 company trucks. Once again, thank you and I will continue to use your Lucas Products!

Sincerely,

Gary McCulloch

I'm not a proponent or believer in snake oils, but your products DO work!

Gentlemen, I've searched high and low for a high performance light weight synthetic oil but can't seem to find 5w30. I'm real hesitant to use a heavier weight due to the operation of variable cam timing phasers that have been modified. I've used your products religiously in my class 8 truck, and marine equipment. I'm not a proponent or believer in snake oils, but your products DO work! All I hope is can provide me with the product oil I'm looking for. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance. -Steve Fucile

Never ever do I have a gunk build up in the carb bowel

I have a 1980 Ford F-100 Custom With 298,000 miles on it, when i got it,it had some nasty sounds coming from the motor, So after flushing the engine i changed the oil and used a quart of your oil stabilizer and after running about 3 mins the engine purred like a kitten!!. I shouldn't be surprised being i have used Lucas for a very long time and always with good results. I use it in all my engines to include lawn mowers. And use the fuel treatments in everything that runs on gas and this has helped when i put my lawn mowers up for the winter never ever do I have a gunk build up in the carb bowel. -Tom Maines

I have ran your oil stabilizer for quite some time now and feel it helps out a ton with engine protection.

I am very big into demolition derby. Im from Salina Kansas and go all over the midwest competing. I have ran your oil stabilizer for quite some time now and feel it helps out a ton with engine protection. I just won the Midwest championship derby recently in Abilene Kansas and had to run for around 20 - 30 minutes on the throttle with no water to do so. (the engine was so hot that it wouldn't shut off , as we call it , it was dieseling ). We had to shut the gas off to it and it finally quit self combusting. We got the car home, engine fired up and ran fine. We have a big derby coming up in Topeka so just to be sure we tore the bottom end apart to check bearings. To our surprise they were all in pretty decent shape for the torture the motor had been through. This was the first time checked in about 2 seasons of big shows. So point being, thanks for your product, thanks for supporting alternative motor sports (like derbying) and I will continue to be a Lucas customer for life. I would be proud to sport some Lucas stickers on the cars if you have them and feel free to use my testimony if you want. I have videos of my cars in competition being tortured but successful with help from Lucas . If I can figure out how I will attach a picture of the midwest championship car in the final minutes of the derby. Thanks and sorry for the (spelling). -Justin \Chicken\ Montgomery #Y2K Salina, KS
