I just wanted to thank you for making Power Steering Stop Leak. I put it in my 77 Mercury Bobcat Wagon (\Pinto Wagon\) for a hi pressure leak in the Rack & Pinion. It would squirt 15 feet. 7 treatments slowed it to a seep, so I gave it another & that stopped it.

That was a month ago. This car is drove hard on a very bad pot holed mountain roads with steering turned lock-to-lock. $250 for a new Rack & Pinion, $70 for alignment and several hours of my labor saved all for about $25 bottle of your product.

Hi, I had a problem leak with my power stering thought I had fixed it and filled it back up with lucas power stering fluid. But sure enough the hose repair failed again had to drive over an hour to get home to fix and replace the hose this time filled it up again with lucas power stering fluid and so far no noise from the pump. I belive without your product I would have ruined the pump. So just wanted to thank you folks for such a great product. I have read these stories before and always thought under normal conditions it would help, but this was an extreamly harsh condition and it worked so I just had to let you folks know and say thanks again.

dear lucas oil, i own a 1997 audi a6 quattro which, while still in fine condition, was beginning to show signs of age w/210,000 miles. the power steering was winding more and more and with the miles performance was starting to lack. anyway, the local auto shop promised me that your power steering stop leak would solve my problems and that a nice additive upon my next oil change would be the lucas oil stabilizer. i bought both. within days the power steering quit making nose and is now perfectly quiet. along w/that there is a definite increase in performance and gas mileage due to the ooil additive.

I own a 2000 Mercedes S500 sedan.  About 3 months ago, its powering steering pump made loud squeaking sound and my MB mechanic told me the hose leaks after checking it out.  Rather than replacing the power steering unit which could easily cost me more than a $1000, he gave me a 1-liter bottle of the German Febi power steering fluid to periodically add it to the reservoir.  After a few weeks, it didn't stop the slow leak, so I switched to 4 different U.S. brands of steering fluids, tried a little bit of each, and still the slow leak continued.  Then about 3 weeks ago, I read about the Lucas stop leak and bought a 32-oz. container of your stuff.  The first things I notice about the Lucas fluid is, (a) it's thick and gluish; (b) the pointed tip of the Lucas container is very convenient to pour, unlike the other brands which I have to use a funnel.  I started adding the Lucas fluid into the reservoir a few squirts at a time, daily for about a week, making sure not overfilling it, checking the dipstick twice each time.  Then I stopped adding the fluid for one week, but continued checking the fluid level.  Lo and behold, the leak stopped!  And I still have about 3/4 of the Lucas bottle left.  The steering works fine now and I continue to enjoy the smoothness and prestige of the Mercedes S500 luxury sedan.  Thanks, Lucas, you've saved me a bundle!

Hi, I would like to say that your Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak is amazing. I added it to my reservoir and it fixed the leak around the power steering canister almost straight away.

I would like to say that a while ago around sometime in 2005 I had a 1999 Chevy Lumina (car) 3.1L V6. The power steering reservoir was leaking, so I bought the Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak and it went away after thefirst time using it.  I was really amazed!  Now I always recommend Lucas Oil Products to other people because it worked for me.

Great product --- I used your power steering stop leak on my 02 Camry. There were no leaks but the rack had extreme binding; to the point where the car was becoming undrivable. I just wanted to say that almost immediately after replacing the fluid in the Reservoir with your product, the car began steering like it was new again. It's been over a week now so I'm convinced that you have saved me a bundle on a rack replacement.
