Brittany Force started the weekend at the NHRA press conference talking to media about her breakthrough win at the last event in Gainesville.
Robert Hight qualified his Auto Club of Southern California Chevrolet Camaro SS third this past weekend with a pass at 3.935 seconds, 325.37 mph right behind teammate Courtney Force. He picked up five bonus points for his team for being quickest of Q1 and second-quickest of Q4.
Courtney Force posted a 3.928 ET at 326.08 mph which was a new track speed record, in qualifying to take over the No. 2 position going into race day for the third NHRA event in a row. She had an average qualifying time of 3.965 seconds across four rounds of qualifying.
John Force qualified No. 7 with a 3.986 ET at 320.81 mph going into eliminations at the 4th of 24 races on the NHRA Mello Yello Series.
