Dan Carson uses Lucas Oil Stabilizer in 1991 Chevrolet Caprice Classic

I own a 1991 Chevrolet Caprice Classic. It currently has 277,858 miles on the original engine, a 305. To date, it has never even had a rocker cover off of the motor. It starts and runs everyday, and generally gets 26-27 mph on the road. I use whatever oil is cheapest, a 2 qt. filter and change it anywhere from 3,000 miles to 11,000 miles, when I am busy.
