Following a full Championship in  2011 our car went to Hauser race cars for a full engine rebuild, imagine my surprise when Geof Hauser called me to say that the engine didn’t need a rebore with only 5 thousands of an inch wear the bore it only needed a hone out to bust the glaze and a new con rod and standard piston was re- fitted, Geof said it was a testament to the Lucas Junior Dragster Oil how good the engine was internally after a full season of competition and testing !
