My van is a 1994 and been used ALOT!!!! Recently, when my husband changed the oil, we realized that neither one of us had been checking it. Being an older model we wanted to make sure it wasn't burning oil. My husband had added lucas oil stablilizer when he changed the oil last. We really believe that this is what saved our engine!!! Since we hadn't been checking the oil often, when he removed the oil filter, the only oil that came out of the resevoir was enough to rub on your hands like hand lotion and what was in the oil filter itself. Had it not been for the Lucas, I don't think it would have been lubricated enough to last. It may be an old granny wagon to my kids, but it gets me where I want to go, and I will religiously add Lucas to my oil change every time!!!
