Ron Sierra Says Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak Is The Real Deal

Your power steering product saved me a ton of money!! My2003 Honda Pilot had rack and pinion leakage and a terrible squeal. Repair cost was anywhere from $1,000 to $1500. I researched other solutions temporary or otherwise and came upon your product. About $10 and half a bottle later, there has been no leaks, squeals, or noise issue whatsoever with my steering for over 3 months and 1,500 miles. Your product and your company are the real deal.

Stephen (Steve) M. Lucas uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak

The Buick dealer said I needed a new power steering pump and pressure hose and they said I had a leak.

Since I heard the Lucas products are great and like the name Lucas anyway (no relation), I tried having some of the old power steerting fluid replaced along with adding the Power Steering Stop Leak.

It has been about three months and is working great. The power steering sounds and feels great and there are no more leaks.

I was able to pass the old Buick  with 196,000 miles along to my younger son.  He had a lot of trouble with his Mazda and now he can drive my old Buick until he can find a car; at which time I will sell the Buick or give it to charity.

The Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak saved me several hundred dollars and the old Buick is running like it did when I got the car about 150,000 miles ago.

Bill Silvers uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak

2002 I gave my daughter a 1993 Dodge Dynisity with over 125,000 miles on.

She recently called with a very bad power steering leak. (She lives in N/E New Jersey I live in N/W Arkanses) So I told her to take it to the local shop. She called me and said that 2 seals on the rack and pin were leaking, and that they filled the fluid box and sent her on her way. The next day she agean called to say that she had to put in more power steering fluid.

I told her to get the LUCAS PSSL and use it instead of reg. power steering fluid.

After filling the unit for the 2nd time she has not needed to put any power steering fluid in for over 12 months.

I use LUCAS in all my vehicles and started because I once used the Oil Stabilizer ina 1981 Kawasaki KZ 1000 and found that the motor temp. went down aprx. 25 deg.

That was in 1998 and I have been a fan of LUCAS ever since.

i have a 1991 toyota land cruiser with 138,345 miles on it and the power steering box had a leak, dripping on the frame collecting dirt etc... if you know land cruisers, parts are few and far between and expensive, so i debated to purchase a new steering box, then saw your power steering stop leak and gave it a try WOW!! no leaks at the steering box, saved a hand full of money and the steering is smoother . thanks

BRIAN SCHUETT uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak

At 18 years of age, I figured I had achieved an excellent life from my steering on my 1990 Lexus. However, I thought I would just try the "Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak" to see if I could stop the squealing in the morning.

It was rather amazing to actually hear the squealing stop within seconds of startup. Normally it would squeal until it was really warm, but now there isnt even a sound. In addition, the steering is much smoother, just like it was when new.

I will be adding this as preventative to my newer vehicles now that I know how great it really performs!

Thanks, Lucas Oil!

Barry Naumann uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak in his International 7400

I work for the Department of Public Works. One of the Internationals Model 7400 had a leak in the power steering unit. The truck was using eight pints per eight hours, which of course equals one pint per hour. I went to the local parts store that I deal with, on the shelf I had seen a bottle of your power steering fluid stop leak. I asked the parts person at the desk if it works. He said that he never had a complaint about any of your products. I purchased the stop leak over six weeks ago and they never had to put another drop of power steering fluid in the pump again. I verified with the Senoir Mechanic and he said that they never repaired the pump. Thank you!

Jon Shelton uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak

Hello to Forest Lucas and the whole Lucas Oil Family, Last week in Michigan Dec. 2007 we had a large snow storm ( 10 inchs of snow ) At 2:00 AM Sat. night my salt truck operator called to tell me the salt truck power steering went out and was leaking oil faster then he could put fluid into it, a quart every 5 mins. I had him try using motor oil but it was still was pouring out and the truck was going to be out of service and this was at the start of the storm, we needed the truck available for the next 5-7 days 24 hours a day. My operator said way don't we put Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak in it, to which I replied no way could it stop this leak, it's pouring out. Then I started thinking Lucas Oil has been around a long time and has grow into a very large company and I see them at all the circle track and drag racing events, and they have a money back guarantee, what can it hurt to try their product. Well I'm here to tell you I am now a firm believer in Lucas Oil Products they deliver what they say. The leak went down to using a quart every two or three hours and we finished all of our work for the next 5 days, and we now are changing out the power steering gear box, the main shaft is 15 years old and pitted, which is what caused the seal to go out. Your product is worth far more than you are charging for it. Thanks again and will see you at the races, good luck. Jon Shelton New Boston, Michigan

Jeff Moore uses Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak

My son, a student, drives a 2000 Dodge Neon. He was in a fender bender. We fixed the car but the impact must have damaged the seal on the power steering pump. Oil sprayed all over the head light and ran down the bumper. The oil literally sprayed in my face while looking for the leak location while my son turned the wheel back and forth. I read the testimonials on the Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak and I found them hard to believe. I didn’t feel like changing the pump because it is in a very tight location. What the heck! For a couple of bucks I thought I would give it a try. In 5 minutes the all the leaking and spraying stopped, that was six months ago. Not a drop of oil anywhere since. I am no longer a skeptic, your product is amazing.
